MATSOL Committees and Task Forces are overseen by the Board of Directors.

  • A Committee is a group that oversees an ongoing activity in MATSOL. Length of service on a committee may vary, but we generally ask for a one-year commitment.
  • A Task Force is a group the convenes for a limited amount of time to complete a specific project. The Task Force disbands when the project is completed. Length of service depends on the task to be completed.
  • A SIG Steering Committee plans the activities of MATSOL Special Interest Groups (SIGs).
